What are you and your business started? I am the most popular in Malaysia and Singapore right now. The business I created is Vape Club, it started out as MVP for business box Vape subscription for consumers to discover e-liquids for cheap price. At first, our customers are mainly from Malaysia. Currently, Malaysia only accounts for 1% of our total revenues.
We do about USD60, 000 in monthly income now-which is a huge amount of money for general travel. Malaysians to bring things into view, the average income of household median in Malaysia is USD1, 215. Not too good for singles dressed up 28 years old.

What is your story behind and what do you think of this idea? I grew up in a middle class family who had a traditional love in Malaysia. I have a parent Tiger who always asks me to study hard, get a good score, get a good job and retire at 60. I have always been wondering about this as my father is not particularly happy, and he is always worried about money.
That's what I've already done. I graduated from an economic master class and found it as a brand marketer in FMCG environment. I am working 9.00-21.00 For a salary of 600 USD in Malaysia.

I think it must be more alive. I started reading and inspiring from books like a rich father, poor mother, Millionaire, millionaire Fastlane etc. I have no lot of funds to start with, so I've always experimented with an online business as a way to create wealth. During my spell when I am working full time I created a retail store in my disruption and made some money out of it. However, none of these things really took out as I lacked a commitment.
One day I decided to stay on a table, not my life, I wanted to go out, and I saved the burn funds on the runway for about 5,000 US dollars (so I could continue eating). I registered on the programming bootcamp after I leave my job because I think some coding knowledge will help me create a better online business.
To be honest, I do not know what I wanted to do after graduating from Bootcamp I had been pumping for about 3 years (this is in 2015) and the steam industry was going through the explosion phase of growth. So I think, why not?
I managed to check the idea of a subscription box of about 50 USD. All I do not create a two-step landing page using a free tool like Unbounce at "Sell ". Product Subscription box. When the visitor clicks buy Now they have been sent to the chosen page to say that we have "Sell out " due to "overwhelming demand " to get in front of the fantasy queue that I have created, they must share the link with friends 5. We ended up partnering with the Vape store and a few local producers as per the order. At that time, we will walk in and buy the product whenever we sold the box and shipped immediately. We store 0 real inventory!

Some of the steps we use are:

This email flow will send you a discount code for every milestone of your lifetime spend. Say that if the customer has paid $500, $1,000, $1,500 on our website, we will send you a custom discount code to reward their loyalty.
My suggestion is to experiment all at the beginning! Once you have identified something that works, two times and spend 80% of your time and resources on that marketing channel. Take your rest, experiment with new things.
What do you do today and the future looks like we are making profit now, I give about $25,000 in net profit every month. The cost of the goods continued to decline, as more suppliers compete against each other. We are a leading online retailer in Malaysia so that all distributors tend to give us a really good rate to start with. 100% of our distribution comes from our online stores. Currently, only 2 team members are required to manage operations (selection, packing and warehousing). We have CLTV of $400 for every new customer we bring. However, we don't get our customers actively because we can't access paid advertising.
In short, we just want to improve profitability without providing extra customer service. We also OEM our own products to expand our B2B channel. Currently, we have dealers in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Australia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates and South Africa.

Through the start of a business you have learned something particularly useful or advantageous? Some important lessons I learned from starting this business:
1-Choose your business partner wisely.
Make sure that you can collaborate in the long run and have the best interests of your business in mind. If you have any questions, don't cooperate. I have an awesome "Breakup" with my partner at the end of the case. It is primarily due to different priorities in life and business. I ended up paying a large payment fee that I would like not to disclose.
2-know that your product will be sold before you sell it

3-Invest in automated systems, but do your research.
I have made my business successful in just a few times from my end, due to the investment in the system. Find out which parts of your business spend the most time from you and start there. However, I have made a big mistake of action with $100,000 years long contract with these software providers when there are cheaper alternatives on the market. Do not cause satisfaction as a possible purpose when searching for software that you integrate with your business.
